About us
A fine dine Indian restaurant conveniently located in west of Houston near Katy, Texas. Our chef serves authentic recipes taken from the many corners of India, focusing especially  our traditional Punjabi and Gujarati recipes. We use only the best quality ingredients and traditional tandoors (Clay ovens) to cook some of our signature tandoori recipes and fresh breads.

Our goal is to make every meal for our patrons a memorable experience. Our chefs have traveled a long journey to perfect every recipe which is nothing less than pure addiction

Restaurant Manager - Houston, TX, USA

Position: Associate Manager/server for a fine dine Indian restaurant:
We are wine and dine small format Indian restaurant with 4+ rating on Yelp. We are currently looking for a Associate Manager/server with 3-5 years of experience managing an Indian restaurant. We are located on a prime location of Houston near Katy area.
Essential Skills/Experience:
  •  3+ years’ of experience as a manager in a full service Indian restaurant running the entire operation
  • Ability to communicate verbal and written English, Spanish and Hindi. Experience in understanding and developing an Indian menu
  • Basic knowledge of type of wines and beers
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Supervisory experience in a full service restaurant
  • Marketing and sales skills
  • Essential Responsibilities:
  •  Manage the staff, food quality, customer satisfaction, cleanliness, compliances Serve, clean tables, manage orders, operate POS system and basic billing
  •  Responsible for providing work schedules for all full-time and part-time kitchen staff, including meal and rest periods, and apportioning work flow to ensure Kitchen timelines are met.
  •  Prepare contingency plan for unexpected employee absences to ensure timely preparation, serving, clean-up, and presentation of all meals.
  •  Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
  •  Opening and closing duties
  •  Deliveries when required
  •  Manage and host events and catering
  •  Experience with purchasing and inventory systems
  •  Creative menu development skills
  •  Strong technical literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel, payroll management and point of sale systems.
  •  Lifting, carrying and/or moving up to 50 lbs. on occasion, 10-15 lbs regularly
